Everyone keeps telling me something different. The Katimavik program itself tells me that the funding was cut for this year, where as my grandma tells me that she looked into it, and saw that it was cut for 2013.
I emailed the Katimavik people, and I am hoping to hear back from them soon. I really want to sort all of this out. I want to go so badly. All of the planning I have done up until now will be ruined if I can't go. Every detail, every minute, every secret. This sucks.
Dammit...
